Every woman dreams of a fast weight loss and that beautiful summer body she can show off at the beach that will make men turn their heads. It would be great if we could also get some of those fancy pictures for Facebook that make women jealous. But losing belly fat and reducing waistline is not as easy as we would like it to be. It takes a lot of motivation and dedication to achieve the goal of a flat tummy.

The only right answer on how to lose belly fat fast is in the right combination of exercise and dieting.

The important thing to remember is that almost every woman suffers from the same problem you do and the change can’t happen overnight just by wishing for it.

But there are some tips that can help you get where you want like taking notes about what, when and how much you eat, and writing down your weight. This will help you become aware of where you are going wrong and clearly show your progress when you start fixing it. It will also help you create a diet plan that best works for you.

Like most of us, you probably eat 2-3 normal meals a day. Change that to at least five small meals. It is important to keep your stomach working and you will achieve this by feeding it as many times as you can, but with small meals and fruit snacks.

Drink a lot of water or lemonade without sugar and you will not be hungry, but if you still are - eat an apple or oatmeal.

Reducing waistline fast is possible but no one ever said it would be easy, and if they did - they lied. Changing your meal plan is the easier part but don’t deceive yourself thinking you can achieve the goal of a flat stomach without exercise.

Crunches are a great workout but it would probably be best if you would join the gym to make sure you will be consistent and practice long enough for it to take effect.

The other option is to find videos on Youtube that show exercises for losing belly fat and practice at home every day.

All you really need is a decision you will stick to. Dedicate yourself to your goal, explore new and healthy food and enjoy making it because every step of the way you have to keep in mind that you are one step closer to succeeding in achieving your goal. Embrace the healthy lifestyle and don’t stress about your weight - make a goal out of reducing it and work on it, the change will come by itself if you try hard enough and never give up.
